      Cons

      BD Medical harvested weeds (Bad HR and Bad Management) might destroy BD reputation someday. Don't ever disagree with the Manager.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
