Pros
People are very well compensated and there is a lot of opportunity for growth.
Cons
Management plays favorites and they expect agreement for all their policies and processes, not much room for discussion - fall in line. The upper brass in the division skim 4% off the top of a managers bonus pool for themselves and those who deserve more (favorites) even though HR says to use it all on your staff.
