Pros
The benefits package was pretty generous. Besides the basics (medical, dental, etc.) tuition reimbursement, adoption help and pet insurance was available.
Cons
My company was purchased by BD, and the transition did not go well. We were dying on the vine without a clear vision of how our division was going to fit into our new parent.
