      Competitive benefits (seem to decrease each year, along with other companies) Livable wages Opportunities to advance Can do bare minimum and stay employed

      Can do bare minimum and stay employed (this is a con if your a hard worker) Advanced opportunities still don't pay well. Corporate oversight makes it extremely difficult to get approval on necessary projects, or beneficial projects. Flat raises last 2 years no matter if you've gone above and beyond both years.

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
