Pros
Great pay and benefits are competitive in feild. Decent opportunities for vertical or lateral career growth. Due to company large size, global job opportunities (though primarily US). Very supportive work culture. Most are willing to help and/or teach when asked. Good job for anyone who is capable of performing and scheduling tasks with minimal oversight. Honestly really enjoy working here
Cons
Training program is disorganized, but improving in the last two years. Management is sometimes a mixed bag, haven't had any "bad" managers, but how involved or how much they help you/guide you can vary significantly. My first manager, I talked to about 4 times a year, and no real feedback on performance. My second manager, meet with every other week and have good dialogue on performance and goals. While it is a nice environment to ask for and receive help (and guidance) from fellow co-workers, it is more true for those in your own department. Interdepartmental communication still leaves a decent amount to be desired. Due to poor interdepartmental communication, can lead to delays or confusion in determining work priorities. If you are unable to create and determine your own schedule and priorities, or follow up and keep on top of projects to keep them moving between departments, then this may not be a great fit for you.
