      The company’s reputation is quite good

      Cons

      They have been around a LONG time so know how to make money-partly on the backs of their employees who they SIGNIFICANTLY under pay! VERY slow advancement Yearly layoffs (culling of employees- ends up with a culture of everyone being insecure regarding their job Health insurance is the pits!

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
