CALL CENTER Leadership is always in meetings or too busy to help. Leadership is not flexible. Leadership would rather loose good staff then adjust. Leadership accepts bad behavior then promotes it. Leadership is very clicky. If you don't fit in a certain mold you will never advance. Leadership does lots of coaching and very little communication. Micromanaging. Processes change hourly. You will be responsible for the entire company regardless of what you were told in your interview. If you like feeling under appreciated, doing 10 people jobs, getting into trouble for not following script verbatim this is the job for you. If you don't care and need to collect a paycheck this is the job for you.
