      Good place to work. Opportunities for career advancement

      Bad Environment. Lot of machine noises, pollution. Not a good place to work for someone with dust allergy or other pollution related health problems

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
