      Pros

      Very friendly environment. The company is very keen on sending employees abroad. I have never learned as much as I did at BD. They will do anything to train their employees.

      Cons

      Too much politics... Like every big corporation but. The wages are medium low, especially outside the US, as well as the benefits.
