Low stress environment, hands-off management

Low pay, though benefits were good

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
