      Umm it was a job. Some managers and employees are great Leaving at the end of the day

      Where do I start. Terrible management Terrible and laughable HR No room for advancement unless you "k***" up to the right people

      Pros

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
