Management is really helpful especially the managers who are working in USA has 15+ years of experience. they are very friendly and no work pressure. 4. they won't monitor working hours in the company. 5. you will get free gifts for every festival which cost minimum more than 3k INR 6. flexible work timings. most of the projects you will be reporting to the managers in USA
Cons
1. I asked them 30% hike. but they offer me, 15% is base pay, 5% is PF and 12% variable pay. after releasing offer letter they said, here in the company they can offer even 100% hike also. I don't understand after releasing formal offer letter how they can tell that. they should inform this to an employee before post offer letter discussion but not after releasing offer letter. 2. 6 Rounds of interview. 3 technical rounds, 1 behavioral, 2 HR rounds. even after 6 rounds of interview salary hike is vey less. the 30% hike which includes with base pay, compensation and benefits. 3. HR management won't tell you anything before offer letter. they will tell you everything after releasing offer letter. which means how much BD can potentially give salary hike and also benefits like staying in hotel for first 10 days while moving from one location to other location, the company can compensate it, but they didn't tell it. they gave me induction in 3rd month. you here all the benefits when all the benefits are going to end. 4. you need to work 12 hours in a day. working hours morning 10 am to 5 pm. after going back from office you need to do work from home. 6 pm to 10 pm. but it's flexible, since there are no conditions to work. you need to finish the job which is assigned.
