Pros
Most roles pay well, and the benefits are OK (not leading edge, but acceptable).
Cons
Super toxic environment. Leadership does not communicate, and in the off chance they do, it’s either vague bingo-esque jargon that doesn’t mean anything, or straight lies. No one in leadership is capable of taking responsibility or accountability for decisions. The whole company seems directionless, chasing short term trends and gains and ignoring long term needs, resulting in chaos. People are elevated to their maximum incapability and set loose on direct reports without any training or oversight on their actual ability to manage. And those poor managers then hire other people like them into management positions, and the cycle continues. In reality, though, the worst is the super toxic environment. It’s high school on steroids.
