      Pros

      Medical device is a very difficult field to break into, taking on the ATM role is one of the only ways you can do it. This opportunity as an ATM gives you the potential to make 250k-1M as a TM down the line. They’ve taken me from zero to hero in a way that’s almost unbelievable. All while making good money with excellent benefits and amazing coworkers.

      Cons

      If you don’t like to travel this is not the place for you. I travel 75% of the time. Personally I love it, but if you’re not okay with traveling I would look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Chaotic environment forces quick growth. Treat it as a resume builder and then find a more stable opportunity.

      Cons

      Constant backorders due to poor management. Likely to have more changes in leadership team(s) than years spent at the company. Unethical leaders that act like high school bullies and cling to titles rather than create a supportive environment. Employees constantly left in the dark due to lack of meetings or failure of leaders to even learn what their teams are working on. Constant reorgs with no consideration of impact to teams or business continuity. Frequent cases of falsified performance reviews to push out whistleblowers with complicit HR teams. Quality policy is a joke. RTO push to high COL areas with no relocation support, onboarding, seat and laptop assignment - only to lay off entire teams within a year just to repost the same position and ask laid off employees to re-apply.
