      Constant layoffs Discriminate against associates over age 50 Constant change in direction Continue to acquire companies without required resources or foundational due diligence.

      Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

      Cons

      Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
