Bad management Change sales commission structure every year to make sure you don't get paid No support when things go wrong If you are debating switching to this company from your current sales company or are looking to start a medical sales career don't bother. They don't help their staff and change the commission structure every year to make sure you don't make money. This year they changed it to a bucket system where they withhold your commission and pay it out quarterly as earned and with the potential for bigger checks later in the year. Yesterday we were supposed to get one of our final big checks and the day before payday they told everyone - even people ranked third in the company - that they wouldn't be receiving it because it wasn't ours to begin with due to a line in our commission structure contract that said that it is subject to change at any time. That is what the HR department told me word for word. They gave no warning that this was going to happen so I had no idea until the day before. I'm not sure if it's going under or what but just don't start here expecting to make any money just because it's a major company. Run for the hills

Pros

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Cons

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
