Thank you for providing this feedback and I’m sorry that you had a poor experience at BDA.
Our HR department try's hard to provide an individual level of attention to our associates but sometimes different situations impact our ability to do that as well as we could or should and for that we are sorry.
Also, we are sorry that you feel BDA leadership isn’t performing at optimal levels. Like any team, performance can go up and down but we’d like to build more consistency so that our associates feel confident that we are pulling in the same direction.
