Pros

Some Account Managers there are awesome, others are the absolute worst Paid Training Equipment provided during Covid Cool client portfolio

Cons

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I will try to summarize how bad this place is below, in hopes it will save other people from working here. • First off, the amount of work needing to be done at the pace these people want it would warrant a lot higher of a pay than what you will get. The amount you get is laughable compared to other similar positions at other companies. • Upper management/ management in general do not care about you as an employee they only care about themselves and whether or not you make them look good. • Extreme Micromanagement: If you want someone to bother you every second of every day and see if you are online when they aren't even online then this is the place for you. They use Microsoft teams to keep an eye on if you are online or not and management will bother you if you are gone for more than 5-10 mins. When they, themselves are gone for hours at a time with no penalty's. • Poor communication across every department especially with HR and Management, they will say your communication is bad while not replying or seeing your emails for days or hours at a time. • People will think you know what they want as if you can read their minds, and if you don't do the task they need the way they want it they WILL complain to your supervisor. • Work/ Life balance is poor due to unreasonable expectations • Constant layoffs, and poor organization overall, all support roles are also being outsourced to the Philippines. I could go on and on, but hopefully this is enough to get people to look elsewhere for work, and save them the headache I have had to endure with this company.

Pros

- Decent base salary if this is your first job out of University. - Free Swag - WFH Fridays - Smart and helpful colleagues

Cons

- Incredibly stressful, do NOT take this job if you do not have a high stress tolerance. - A ton of competing priorities that almost always require quick/immediate action. - You get a ton of emails and are expected to be able to pull up and reference any of them at a moments notice. - Constant whiplash between doing deep, focused work (presentation/catalogs) that have a ton of details and require your full attention versus quick/rapid fire tasks that you must address immediately. There were days where I was working on one presentation all day and couldn't get it done because of how much I was getting pinged to resolve other issues. - To get promoted you must essentially do the job of 2 people (CSC and PSA). Beyond that, there is no real career progression unless you want to go into sales. - Management always says to raise your hand if you need help. But when you ask for help, there is always pushback in the form of others having more task hours than you. - CEO took away one of the WFH days. When Qualtrics had negative feedback he essentially said "If you don't like it - then leave". He is a "Do as I say, not as I do." type of leader. - Workload and responsibilities are not commiserate to the salary.
