Pros
BDA definitely does a great job of balancing hard work and fun in a workplace. There are regular company events and outings, as well as individual team and department events. It's one of those places that fosters interaction between departments/groups and you get a chance to work with everyone. Upper management and executives are very accessible, even to subordinates. One of the best reasons to work at BDA is that you feel like you are a part of something that is growing, and growing big, and the work you do can have an impact on the company's success.
Cons
The communication level does something to be desired. Consistently, you may find yourself putting in more hours than necessary to complete a task. With that adding up, one can easily feel that they are underpaid for the amount of work they have to do. Depending on your area of job function, there may not be a lot of opportunity to immediately ascend the "corporate ladder".
