*A lot of experience, but not enough direction or support though *A lot of different industries, but are owned by Private Equity firms that don't care about those companies. Their just milking them for the cash and BDO is part of the game.
Cons
*Pay is below the market in our area *PTO is below the market *Not enough direction or support *Spread thin during busy-season. Hours are bad, but it would be easier if you only had one client to focus on at a time. At our office, you have too much overlap in your clients. *Tone at the top is terrible where it seems partners and mangers don't actually care about you. *Possibly unethical - only care about keeping costs low with very little concern of doing the audit right. *They keep on getting hammered by PCAOB inspections, and for right reason. They don't value the importance of the audit. They only see it as a way of making money instead of as a value-added service to investors.
