High Visibility on Projects Smaller projects with small teams. Good place if you like to figure out everything on your own. They pay for many Microsoft Certifications.
Cons
SWC will often underbid a project in order to get the sale, which will results in undue stress on the deliver team, and has often soured relationship with clients. This also results in many consultants not having a positive work/life balance. They had a Management buy out a few years ago, and senior management is run by fairly incompetent people. Nice, but incompetent. They are still trying to figure out how to run a successful Software Development Practice. There are no defined processes and Software development follows wild west coding practices. Definitely does not hire the smartest group of people in the industry.
