Pros
BDP is a family owned company and many managers and employees have worked for the company for 20+ years. In my experience, the management is generally approachable.
Cons
It's a very fast paced work environment and the ability to multitask is definitely required. Not a job for someone who does not handle streessful situations well, Pay could be better.
