      Cons

      IT Systems are threadbare and too many outages. Poorly motivated staff can drag morale in an entire department down if they keep receiving 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc chances.

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
