      Pros

      Compensation is fair so you will get paid well for your time plus annual raise based on performance reviews. Good benefits, only expect to pay for health insurance as a big family can become costly. Great Team leader and Managers they support you. Company is growing fast and very healthy financially so far.

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
