      Hands on experience in many different areas of logistics. Great place to work if you're making a career change into the industry

      Cons

      1) Internal systems are terrible 2) Internal processes are mostly ad hoc work arounds to system problems 3) Unbelievably political 4) A lot of work, little pay and scant recognition

      Pros

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
