Low pay No bonuses No opportunities to move up very weak raises across the board regardless of hard work and dedication you provide (1-3% average) people in charge of your raise do not know you on a personal level, manager or team leader has no say in what you get. they can love you and appreciate you work, but it will not matter sadly. pto system is horrible. most companies provide sick days. BDP makes you use PTO for sick days.
