      I can't think of anything other than me gaining some experience in some way.

      Cons

      Honestly the worst company I ever worked for. The training is HORRIBLE and the pay compare to your tasks, is very low. I don't recommended this company to anyone even if you don't have a job.

      Pros

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
