Pros
None exist any more - new owners are simply slashing and burning - only care about $$$$
Cons
Never replacing staff, no training, just do more with less, management not available or helpful, always required to work more / longer hours, if mistakes are made (even without training) then the management team is screaming at you - it's a paycheck (lousy one at that!).
