      Pros

      Most position can allow work from home since Covid, they are flexible with appointments and if you have children. coworkers are mostly very good people and easy to work with

      Cons

      Typically can work long hours. Have to always work during vacations and paid time off. Expectations are very high with year over year revenue targets

      Great environment, great management, great coworkers, good pay, easy job.

      Cons

      Takes a while to move up, but in the way that turnover is little. Which isn't much of a con.

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
