      You get to work on a team while also doing a lot of individual work.

      Cons

      Very low wages, 11/hour to start, management always on your back, constant process changes and constant pressure to do more work without incentive.

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
