      Good superiors as they are much more hands on.

      Poor management and arrangement of staffs.keep on having transitions and too many steps that causes many backlogs.

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
