      Pros

      I worked for BDP after my first degree was completed. It was a great company to begin working and learning the corporate culture, as well as receive training in the logistics field.

      Cons

      they hire new grads, there is turnover, which is actually a benefit to those who want to work their way up.

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
