Almost empty office. obe you understand the work, it can be a cake job.
Cons
Horrible management style. Leads are never at the office. Managers never speak to you. As a new hire, you will rely on your colleagues to train you. Colleagues don't want to train you. 90 day probation period when you start so no PTO. This job should have 10 additional days of PTO just for mental health
