      Easy to get a job here Gain experience in this industry to go elsewhere

      Cons

      Company does not acknowledge great employees. They underpay. Poor increases. No bonus structure. No incentives. When you are up for a review/increase it goes through several people. By the time it gets to the one who approves raises they only end up seeing, Good, Bad, or OK and they go off that. It is a poor structure.

      Work from home possible Hybrid work possible

      Cons

      Everything else. Management will micromanage you to death. They did not provide raises last year and they announced it via 45 second teams call. People get promoted for being liked by manager not due to work load.
