Pros
The management is very fair and nice about everything. They have a decent training system. The people in the office are all friendly and most are willing to help out.
Cons
The office in bensenville is very old style. Closed cubicle and outdated. The bathroom has that weird sewage smell that doesn't go away ever. Besides that, there are many things they will train you on to work with, expect to be handling multiple customers as many as 20. You may be staying late, working long hours.
