      After forcing us to go back to the office, none.

      Cons

      Forced everyone they hired remotely during covid to go into the office even though most of us were over an hour commute and refused to compensate us to get to the office

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
