      Good office location in Philadelphia, many young people working for the company, a willingness to try new technology solutions, flat organization

      Cons

      Family owned business resulting in limited promotions, poor internal comminciations. old Theory X managers still around, weak on providing incentives and inconsistent in following up with goals.

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
