      Low annual bonus Nobody never support you HR support only supervisors, operations managers. You are slave for them. You are always has wrong opinion. Occupying leadership positrons in the company only Czech. If you aren’t Czech you are always outsider for them. growth within the company Impossible.

      Great team and management. Positive work environment with acknowledgement of successes and accomplishments. Appreciated.

      Cons

      Too many systems to work efficiently. Need to streamline processes. I.T. department overseas and not practical for USA issues.
