Pros
The culture was based on a family-owned, mom and pop organization where each member of the company is considered a part of the family. Benefits are minimal but sufficient.
Cons
Pay is under market value. The culture is changing. There was a "boys club" membership to the people in higher ranks within the organization. They are trying to change that with new promotions that now include women.
