Pros
managers get paid a high bonus. For this they are expected to squeeze their staff as much as possible for as little salary as possible, including lots of free overtime. I guess this comes cheaper than paying all employees a fair salary.
Cons
I never worked for a company that had so much red tape. they have entire departments dedicated to create extra administrative burdens for other departments. they create artificial problems so they can tap themselves on the back when they solve them. they bring in no revenue and create no extra value but are highly esteemed by the higher management. managers are expected to feign enthusiasm for all the corporate nonsense (and there is a lot of it). favoritism is a general rule. some of the higher staff enjoy powerplay and humiliating employees just because they can get away with it. Most managers are solely focused on reaching their KPI's in order to secure their bonus, regardless if those KPI's make any sense or contribute to the results of the company. I'd describe the company culture as snappy, unfriendly and hostile.
