Pros
Becu has great benefits: commuter, fitness reimbursements, affordable health care, and very generous pto. They offer outstanding training and resources for the onboarding process. All processes are well document, and they give you all the tools you need to do your job well. Another huge pro is their incentive based goals. You can get very large payouts for hitting your numbers.
Cons
There is very little upward movement. You can get the lead position, and then you're playing a waiting game for a manager position to open up. The job isn't very challenging. I often felt like I wasn't using my mind, and felt like I could do the job on auto pilot. Another com are the hours. Working past 6 on the weekdays, and 3 out of 4 Saturdays a month was very hard to balance a life outside of work.
