Pros
Good benefits, good employees, is willing to hire you back after leaving the company.
Cons
To be honest it’s a bit manipulative. They say from job description, interview, and training that it is NOT a sales job yet all you do is “provide service” (actual sales) in branches and you are rated based on your production which is upsetting and manipulative as they keep insisting it’s not a sales job. I would have appreciate it more if they were up front about what it really is than painting an illusion and getting you written up for not meeting per say goals. Company priorities is ridiculous. Instead of making sure things work or not having their customers wait for 45minutes to an hour wait, they’re spending money on developments that are not broken or currently working and rolling out a completely different system (business online banking) without looking ahead or even creating an actual department that takes care of maintenance.
