As BELAY has grown, we’ve worked to more clearly define service lines and align pay structures with the complexity, responsibility, and impact of the work being delivered. The formal introduction of the Executive Virtual Assistant role was part of that intentional evolution.
All contractors have an opportunity to express interest to their Talent Specialist in adding additional service lines to their offerings as long as their skills and experience are a match. This includes the Executive Virtual Assistant service line.
