I think it's important to note a couple of things:
-The 'careers' page makes it sound like the job is THE solution for stay-at-home moms. (there's even a picture of a child hugging her mom while mom is working at her laptop). I was surprised that at a company that states how much they value family, being present, etc. I was asked to apologize for holding my sick child during a Zoom meeting once. It left an extremely bad taste in my mouth if I'm being frank.
-Website also states you can 'work at your own pace, 'work when you want', etc. In my experience, that is....false advertising. I will say, is ABSOLUTELY more flexible than a 9-5 office job, of course. Which is great. But 'work at your own pace'... unless the stars align and you are matched with a client who also says you can work at your own pace..this is false. Most clients will expect you to be available during typical working hours. Maybe not the whole time, but typical working hours nonetheless.
