It's a weekly pay check.

Cons

High turn over. Very long hours. Need 3 8hrs shifts instead of 2 12 hrs. Too much favoritism in every department. Some don't get pay raises, some get 2 or more pay raises in the same year. Management doesn't have a weekly short meeting with assiocates to review the good and bad news of the week. They pick their favorites for certain jobs. Wrong team leaders on both shifts. Certain team leaders do not show enough respect to associates. Lack of good training. The list of problems with this company is just too long.

One of the worst onboarding experiences I have been apart of. Since day 1, there have been zero expectations or guidance from the manager. The individual training has basically passed off all topics and files off with zero background knowledge and the cadence of how things operate. It was then expected of me to lead everything in the first 25 days of being on the team. As you could imagine, this has led to direct failure of tasks to be completed. The individual training does not appear to actually want to train, but rather move on to their new role and just get everything off their plate and expect you to understand all topics immediately. Unfortunately, not sure how long this will last and if I will be staying with BENTELER. Based on what I found out after being hired, it sounds like they hired the first person just so the individual could get into their new role as fast as possible without thinking about how the backfill would succeed coming into this role.
