Honestly a waste of my time if I am honest.

Cons

No upward mobility, fly by the seat of your pants kind of operation which adds to the stress, lots of down systems, upper management will not back you up, High turnover leading to long days and filling in for others roles. always short staffed.

Fairly entrenched in "old guard" way of doing things. Not much room for advancement.
