BG PRODUCTS INC. has lost the people, the leadership and the entrepreneurial aspects that made it great. Operating two facilities with one staff, in debt, sales have slowed way down. Cut throat dishonest politics and yes men are being rewarded. Leadership is unprofessional, childish, inexperienced, angry and militant. Quality people are leaving, or getting fired. Executives will not take responsibility for the mess the company is in, they blame the employees and everyone else. The last five years have been a revolving door of Executive Management. Cost of living increases have stopped, no bonus program, executives drive gaudy company trucks while they slash merit increases... tasteless and bad for morale. Do more with less, work harder, etc. BG has stopped investing in its people and has lost those leaders that will attract and keep good talent. Show Less Advice to Management. Current leadership is terrible! Wake up!" When you make a mistake like promoting crazy people to upper level management and it’s obvious to everyone, ….. change it, fix it, don’t sit back and allow crazy tattooed wackos and sycophants destroy everything and fire everyone who makes them look foolish. You look foolish all the way to the top! Management is corrupt. Reviews are not merit and performance based. Management is a revolving door, the culture is very poor.
