Pros
My team and I got along very well. The rest of the Brokers were also very friendly. Unlike other places iv worked at, we would very often all grab a drink after work.
Cons
Was hard to get anything done, especially with getting new customers on-boarded due to the unique way in which things were signed off. The chances of any career promotions are almost impossible in any broking firm. If you are happy broking for your whole career then by all means give it a go.
