Pros
I actually can't think of any. Remuneration and benefits aren't too bad and the offices are well located. There are a few people within the organisation that are professional and great to work with but the majority aren't.
Cons
A very strange work environment where bullying and bullish behaviour are commonplace and accepted. Little opportunity to rise up the ranks if you're working in back office roles, more opportunities if you're in a client facing role but you have to be overly aggressive to get ahead.
