* Senior management change their mind quicker than the wind; almost on impulse * Everything is related to cash-flow; if you're not making money within 24hrs your project is considered a failure * The worst HR department I've ever experienced (took months to just respond to emails) * Technology is seen as a cost, not a benefit to the business
